Job description

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the assigned area in order to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities in the area.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Trask products, their features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively communicate with customers.

2. Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, key decision-makers, and distributors within the assigned area.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales activities.

3. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives within the assigned area, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring their professional development.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and overall effectiveness.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions to drive success.

4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and forecasts for the assigned area.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, evaluate product performance, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Conduct periodic market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging market opportunities, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and business development, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve sales objectives.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as required.
