Role : Branch Trainer
Experience : 6+ Years of experience Salary : As per Current CTC Location : Hyderabad What We're Looking For - Must have 6-9 years of rich experience in designing training modules, ramp ups, hiring, and maintaining training output.
- Prior experience in Planning & forecasting of Organizational Training Needs.
- Strong communication Skills (Written & Oral).
- Broad understanding of service based operations.
- Familiarity with usage of Training Tools.
- Ability to accept responsibility.
- Self-confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity.
- Ability to enhance organizational performance.
- Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
Responsibilities - Responsible for Design and Implementation of a structured TNAS (training need analysis) to derive a Training Plan / Calendar for the resorts.
- Responsible for the Design and Implementation of Management Training programmed.
- Interact with all the concerned in Resort Corporate and Resort Managers/Department Heads on training requirements and ensure delivery of the same.
- Develop Training and Assessment evaluation methodology.
- Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated for maintaining the robustness of a Departmental Training Champion system.
- Maintain metrics that contribute to success of the function.
- Assist Corporate Training in conducting timely Assessment Centers and Development Centre's and include the outcome in the Training Plan.
