Job description
Health & Safety
o Follow ZOSCO and ARAMCO Safety Standards and Rules by attendinB Tool Box Talks and identifying and
reporting any unsafe practices to achieve health and safety objectives.
Daily Operations
o Review and analyze all lTPs, QCP, Method Statement and MaterialApproval in orderto prepare the inspection
plan, including a checklist of inspection points.
. Carry out inspections during the construction of project in order to ensure compliance of works and
installations with drawings, specifications, quality, and other applicable standards
. Schedule, coordinate and monitor the calibration of all measuring devices, instrument, equipment and system
in order to ensure standards are met.
. Assist in the handling of non-conformities in order to support in their resolution following an inspection.
r lmplement safety & QMS Procedures in order to ensu re that the E &l activities are in compliance with company
standards and completion.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
r Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant
procedural/ legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous lmprovement
. Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems,
processes and practices considering international standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction,
by participating in section criteria and giving more training to E & I Technicians on how read ISO drawing and
how to reduce repairs and nonproductive time.
Reporting
. Prepare and submit required report to QC Supervisor and onboard PMT
Minimum Qualifications:
PREVIOUS SA APPROVAL / NORTHERN A
Minimum Experience:
More than 5 years of relevant oil and gas experience.
Job-Specific Skills:
Knowledge in ISO and other international & Aramco quality standards
. lEC, ANSI, NACE, NEC, NEMA, BSl, ISO-9001-2015, NFPA, PIP
Capable to do Quality Auditing
. Strong interpersonal skills
. Strong English communication skills - verbal and written
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
