Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kottayam for a Customer Experience Executive. The role involves daily tasks such as improving customer satisfaction, using analytical skills to identify key customer needs, providing efficient customer support, effective communication with customers, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions
- Experience in customer support or service
- Customer satisfaction skills, such as patience and empathy
- Additional language proficiency is a plus
- Experience in retail store operations and management
