Skills :- Experience in workday, HRSD, Service Now preferred, Experience in International voice process - Mandatory, Voice and Accent Trainer

Location :- Mumbai

Shift :- US Shift

Responsibilities :-

- 6 to 8 years of Experience in International voice process - Mandatory

- US voice process experience - Preferred

- Experience in International HR Helpdesk - Preferred,

- Good understanding of HR Systems Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow (preferred)

- Understanding of the Telephony tools e.g. Avaya-Good understanding of Service level agreements and contractual compliance requirements

- Should have good Excel and Presentation skills
