Job description
Area of Responsibility .Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.Manage IT initiatives and collaborate wit h in-house technical staff.collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to define the technology roadmap at the pr oduct level.Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality.Support new technology implementati on.Train users in new and existing IT systems.Actively involve and contribute to application roadmaps targeting innovation and c ustomer experience.Conduct business demos and user training sessions on the application usageKnowledge / Experience .Expert in architecture and design of Enterprise applications using Angular and Java, utilizing the services from AWS including RDS provided databases.Expertise with application authentication and authorization models using M2M, Codegrant, Oauth2, Client Credentials etc ..Expert in DevSecOps.Expert in Java design patterns.Expert in Microservice Architectural patterns.Experience with Saga patt ern.Excellent communication skills, preferably prior international experience or working directly with international clients.Exp erience working with Agile Ecosystem â€' Principles, timeboxing, roles and ceremonies.Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Program ming with complete understanding of Object-Oriented principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns .Must have knowl edge on application server, web server, database server and Cloud (Preferably AWS).Strong experience working in a continuous integ ration driven environment with proven track record of progressive thinking and continuous improvement..Must have strong knowledge in using different databases such as MySQL, Oracle.Hands-on experience with XML, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.).Experience with source control software (GIT, Bitbucket), unit testing (JUnit), and build automation/CI (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Experience in d eploying software in the cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with Microservices archite ctures and protocolsCompetences .Customer Centricity - Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service â€' EXPERT .Busines s Acumen - Applies appropriate strategic logic to decisions and initiatives in one's area â€' PROFICIENT .Decision Making - Identifi es and analyses information to make decisions and solve problems â€' EXPERT .Innovation â€' Be Innovative and identify areas of improv ement and implement modern solution like AI where necessary â€' EXPERT .Quality â€' Quality driven rather than task driven approach â€' EXPERT .Teamwork & Collaboration - Fosters a sense of teamwork, leverages differences, and facilitates the effective interaction a nd contribution of others to achieve goals â€' EXPERT .Lead Courageously - Takes personal and organizational risks to do what is rig ht and achieve organizational success, and supports others who do so â€' PROFICIENT .Developing & Managing Relationships - Develops and maintains constructive, open, and honest relationships with others â€' PROFICIENT .Execution Excellence - Plans, executes, and i mproves work processes to ensure achievement of business goals â€' EXPERT .Drive for Results - Demonstrates and fosters a sense of u rgency and strong commitment to achieving goals â€' EXPERT
