Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or help desk support role
• Basic It Troubleshooting on client Devices.
• Competence in resolving Issued on various client devices, including desktops, laptops, printers Scanners.
• Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on various operating system specifically on windows and Linux
• Incident Management for Tickets from Amazon Warehouses(FC <>

Adherence to OTS service Desk Goals: Meeting targets for response and resolution SLA, CSAT, and effectively managing incidents.
