Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Automation Tester
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant proficient Selenium, Core Java, TestNG, Maven Jenkins, Cucumber BDD to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in leading and delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium, as well as conducting functional testing to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
Responsibilities
§ Consulting projects and engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and providing strategic guidance on testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
§ Architect, design, and implement robust test automation solutions using Java, Selenium, and API testing frameworks to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software applications.
§ Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium and BDD Cucumber.
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to define testing requirements, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in software quality.
§ Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of test automation scripts and frameworks.
§ Mentor and coach junior consultants and team members, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
§ Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of automation solutions using Selenium, BDD Cucumber
§ Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing and quality assurance, and apply relevant methodologies and tools to enhance testing processes and practices.
Qualifications
§ Bachelor%27s or Master%27s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
§ Valid Years of total Exp and relevant experience in automation)
§ Experience with Salesforce testing and Agile methodologies
§ Knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies
Preferred qualifications
§ Strong understanding of software testing principles and testing methodologies
§ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
§ Strong written and verbal communications skills
§ Ability to work independently.
