Job Description
As the Director of Influencer Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of our Creator and Artist Alliance team. Your role will involve strategic oversight and management of influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with our clients' marketing goals. We are seeking a visionary leader who can innovate and drive our influencer partnership strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies in line with client objectives and brand identity.
- Lead the influencer partnership team, setting goals and driving performance.

- Oversee the negotiation and management of influencer contracts and agreements.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing successful influencer marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
