Candidates should possess:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in techno-commercial sales within Industrial Lubricants or related Industrial Consumables.
- Proficiency in B2B Account Management.
- Ability to foster relationships with Key Stakeholders and Channel Partners.
- Competitor and market analysis skills, ensuring market understanding.
- Timely forecasting and effective payment collections.
- Preference for candidates with an engineering background (B.Tech/M.Tech) and familiarity with local languages, particularly in the Lubricants/Industrial Consumables sector.

- Sales Planning & Execution
- Direct Account Management/Channel Management
- Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Comprehensive product and commercial understanding, including application knowledge.
- Implementation of customer-centric solutions.
- Management of overdue outstanding collections.
Accountability:
- Pipeline Management to convert prospects as per business objectives.
- Price Management and Implementation.
- Timely collection to maintain Overdue (OD) control.
- Volume delivery aligned with business plans.
- Timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Working Relationships:
Internal:
- Member of the Executive Team, collaborating closely with departments like HR, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
External:
- Interaction with Customers, Clients, Suppliers, and Stakeholders, as well as engagement with competitors and industry associations.
