We are having an urgent opening for the position of Team Leader (Mandate)for a Real Estate Company at the Navi Mumbai location.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing clients with home-buying requirements
- Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
- Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
- Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
- Lookout for high-performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
- Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
- Addressing any queries, and doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
The objective of the role:
- Planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing sales strategy
- Responsible for the individual revenue target for the project
Skills Set Required:
- Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- Should have a Two-wheeler bike.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field
- Knowledge & experience in Channel partner sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Handling experience.
