Adventum Student Living intends to build a cutting-edge, technology based platform to provide end-to-end solutions for students & aims to fulfil their study abroad dreams. Since the inception of the company; we have gathered a staggering 4.5 rating on Glassdoor and raised a funding of USD 5 Million in March, 2022.

We started this journey back in 2019 with UniAcco; through which we aspire to ignite a global prop-tech revolution by bringing together students and property managers from all over the world on a single, cross-border platform. Since our inception; we have achieved following milestones:

Soon after we understood the student challenges a little more & launched UniCreds; an education loan platform. In Oct 2021, we completed our ecosystem with the launch of UniScholarz; an end-to-end personalised counselling platform for students. Position Overview:

As the Head of Organic Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive organic growth across various channels. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in driving sustainable, organic business growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 to 8 Years of experience in Organic Growth

Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Timings : 11:00am to 7:00pm

Work Mode: Work from office

Working days : 5days
