Overview: As a Process Manager specializing in management of end to end assignment cycle specifically covering immigration from both Inbound and outbound perspective in APAC region, you will be responsible for overseeing and governance of assignment life cycle including right to work (RTW). This will require managing smooth and efficient tracking of visa for internal employees, coordinating with vendors, keeping updated with changes in immigration regulation & being compliant, updating all necessary records as the case may be and keeping stakeholders informed on the progress.
Job responsibilities
- Managing end to end immigration process for the employees.
- Coordinating immigration process with different stakeholders including liaising with the outsourced service provider.
- Maintain accurate immigration records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are put in place.
- Stay abreast of changes in the laws that impact the employee and/ or any other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all internal/external stakeholders including but not limited to regulations without delay. Making sure all compliance is managed within the stipulated timeframe.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development. Be part of their development journey.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic advice and solutions on immigration-related matters.
- Generate reports and analytics related to the processes, including but not limited to visa status tracking and expiring documents.
- Maintain key relationships with the key stakeholders (business, employees’, vendors, etc.,).
- Constantly review and update internal processes to enhance efficiency through automation, better employee and stakeholder experience.
- Management of employee/managers queries raised through different forums.
- Lead process training to develop the team.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong immigration in-depth knowledge about APAC inbound and outbounds.
- Graduate / Postgraduate with at least 8+ years in Global mobility including RTW functional area . Advanced degree or certification in immigration law or related area is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end immigration procedure, strong ability in data management for analysis, advanced excel and strong organisational, communication, time management skills.
- Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with an ability and experience to manage, motivate and lead teams of skilled staff consistently, while taking equitable and fair decisions in leadership and high attention to detail.
- Have managed/ managing teams.
