Are you a data-driven visionary with a strong command of Microsoft analytics tools and technologies Are you ready to lead a team and drive data-driven decision-making to the next level We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Lead Microsoft Analytics. In this position, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of data through tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our organization's data strategy and ensuring that our analytical capabilities are at the forefront of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a robust data strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Lead efforts to maximize the value of data assets, ensuring they are accessible, secure, and well-governed.
· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, data engineers, and data scientists. Provide guidance, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
· Data Visualization: Utilize Power BI to create compelling and interactive data visualizations that enable business stakeholders to gain insights and make informed decisions.
· Data Integration: Leverage SQL Server and SSIS to design and implement data integration solutions that ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
· Cloud Data Services: Harness the capabilities of Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory to build scalable and efficient data pipelines, storage solutions, and analytics platforms in the cloud.
· Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define data requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the analytics space. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology).
· Proven minimum experience of 5 years with one OR more tools like Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
· Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
· Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and services.
· Analytical mindset with a passion for driving data-driven decision-making.
