Role: Software Security Engineer Location: Remote

Job Description: We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Secure Software Reviewer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the implementation of secure design and coding practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of full-time experience in Secure Software Development, covering Software Design, Secure Software Implementation, Programming, and DevOps. Possession of a Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Secure Design and Coding Review:

Conduct thorough reviews of software designs and code to ensure adherence to secure design and coding practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC Expertise:

Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the SDLC to assess and improve the security posture of software products, providing valuable insights to development teams. Blockchain Technology:

Leverage expertise in blockchain technology to assess and enhance the security features of our products, contributing to the overall resilience against potential threats. DevOps Collaboration:

Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security best practices seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline, automating security reviews and ensuring a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities. Risk Assessment:

Conduct in-depth risk assessments, identify potential security threats, and provide actionable recommendations for mitigation. Fintech Domain Insights:

Apply any prior exposure to the FinTech domain to tailor secure design and coding practices to the specific needs and challenges of our blockchain startup. CSSLP Certification:

Maintain a Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standards in secure software practices. Skills: Minimum of four years of full-time experience in Secure Software Development, encompassing Software Design, Secure Software Implementation, Programming, and DevOps. Proven expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong familiarity with blockchain technology, and exposure to the FinTech domain is advantageous. Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with development teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
