Job description

Responsible for Developing & implementing sales strategies. • Responsible for Distributor, Dealer maintaining and increasing sales of company's products • Creating new distributors assigned territory. • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base • Would be responsible for Build a team, Manage and mentor them to reach their sales Targets. • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market • Developing sales strategies and setting targets • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets • Ensure Sales Target (Value and Volume) • Ensure Execution of Primary & Secondary Sales • would Be Responsible For - Building Up Strong Distribution Network • Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets). • Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs. • Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme • Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his team. • Carry out coaching, mentoring, and hand-holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set. • Develop good rapport and relationship with existing dealers and distributors • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of our products.
