Company Description Prodigy Club is an innovative practical learning institute that emphasizes learning through play. With two experiential centers in Surat and a full-fledged online program, we offer academic coaching, skill enhancement, and Vedic math courses for K10 students. Our unique model of learning emphasizes real-life simulations, experiments, and board games to help students understand and apply their academic concepts. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Counsellor role located at our Surat center. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding parents and students towards the appropriate course offerings. Day-to-day duties will involve managing sales operations and targets, maintaining database, generating leads, and presenting follow-ups. Qualifications Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Sales Counselling, preferably in the education industry. Freshers may also apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. Familiarity with CRM software, Excel and database management. Experience with team management and leadership. A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related fields is preferred. Passion for education and a commitment to guiding students towards their academic goals.Job tags
