Job description
We are seeking a fulltime BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years of work experience for our client. He/She will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans and other documentation while coordinating work information flows. To guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization s digitized processes and be responsible for verifying the correctness and consistency of the BIM model.
In addition to knowing the software supporting the BIM Manager s activities he must have an indepth competence in the BIM tools for verification collaboration and coordination of activities the use of data sharing environments (such as cloud platforms) tools for clash detection code checking and workflow management that allow following any work process is fundamental.
Responsibilities
Manage submissions and ensure proper QA/QC architecture Structure & MEP.
Point of contact and BIM expert responsible for developing implementing and managing BIM.
Execution Plan BIM strategies processes and standard protocols are implemented.
Manage and plan Lookahead plans.
Weekly Model Review and quality control by filling out the Weekly Revit Model Health Checklist .
Inputs on space planning specifications requirements and scope of work for the discipline team.
Advising the team on best practices.
Facilitate training documentation for basic and advanced coordination.
Assisting both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and asbuilt document creation and maintenance.
Work side by side with teams inhouse and external teams to complete BIM projects.
Responsible for all deliverables as per schedule.
Should be familiar with all the disciplines mainly in Ar rds for his discipline/area of design works.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Master s in Architecture / Civil from an accredited college.
4 years of experience in the BIM Industry.
High level of proficiency with REVIT Navisworks.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Passionate detailoriented with a strong work ethic someone who meets deadlines consistently and can handle an extensive volume of projects.
Knowledge of other related software like Dynamo is an added advantage
