Role: UX Researcher

 

Location: Noida (WFO) / Hybrid

 

What will you get to do

You will take role of a senior role in User Experience Researcher where you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to build an independent cell to lead Industry and User based researches. It is expected that you will identify strategic research objectives, define scope, and utilise your expertise in research methodologies, including primary and secondary researchers. You will plan and execute research activities such as user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies, and will build strategic partnerships to establish Company as Thought Leader in industry associations, knowledge forums, and market associations. This role involves conducting comprehensive research, gathering insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our experiences are engaging, intuitive, and meet the expectations of our users.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- To deep dive into industry wide research in web 3.0, keep an eye on emerging trends. You will identify industry trends and best practices to implement in company's project strategy. It will include researching emerging markets, competitors' products and build a SWOT portfolio.

- To create detailed research reports, personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings to stakeholders.

- to conduct qualitative and quantitative researches, by user interviews and behavioural analysis. You will synthesize insights from different sources to enable informed decisions. These insights and periodic reports will be made available by you in a content rich backed with detailed analysis.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in the leading sound research cell in technology industry

- Experience of building pilots, conducting User Research-Qualitative & Quantitative with a broad range of research methodologies (usability studies, interviews, site visits, surveys, user modelling, card sorting, or related methods).

- Understanding of quantitative data analysis, statistics and hands-on any tool like SPSS, Adobe Analytics, Glassbox etc. Experience working with survey and user research tools.
