The Firm offers a gateway for foreign institutional investors into the emerging Indian economy our team identifies strategic opportunities over horizon of 3 to 5 years. The firm is a single window service provider with experience value credibility & reliability matching the best in the industry. The business model is Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) which deals with fund raising through secondary market for listed and unlisted companies in India. The sources of fund raising are FPI & FD our focus areas of countries are USA UK Luxembourg Singapore & Mauritius and the Government Controlled Funds. We have identified 5 core sectors which are

Candidate should possess leadership and team building qualities. Should be an initiator and create a roadmap for leading the firm to success.
1) Client Acquisition of HNI / UHNI Single and Multiple Family Office and Funds for closing of fund raising mandate of listed and unlisted corporate mandates.
2) Your services include PAN India if required.
