Role Description

We are seeking a strategic Co-Founder to join the leadership team and spearhead the acquisition side of the business. As the Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and building our market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Acquisition Strategy;

2. Build and Manage Partnerships;

1. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to enhance acquisition channels.
2. Lead Marketing and Outreach Initiatives:
3. Optimize Sales Processes:

Preferred Experience

· Proven leadership experience in customer acquisitions, collections and/or legal collections within the financial services industry.

· Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Compensation

The Co-Founder - Customer Acquisition Lead will have the opportunity to participate in a variable compensation plan, directly tied to the achievement of key performance indicators and milestones, along with Equity participation The specific details of the variable compensation and ESOPs can be discussed subsequently
