Job description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible towards supporting the Field Sales Team in selling PKSI products and services to new and existing customers. You will be required to fulfil a wide range of responsibilities throughout the Sales Process including Identifying Prospects, Qualifying Opportunities and all round Sales Support until Closure. Your responsibilities will also include working with other functional teams at Pegasus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. (PKSI) in positioning and leveraging sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers in the Advanced Analytics space. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and BUILD a Sales Pipeline via Outbound Calling and E-Mail Campaigns.
• Significantly enhance database by researching new suspects, refer databases available online, read industry trade and other tech publications.
• Qualify all sales Leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive Leads through the sales process by initiating Conference Calls and Face-to-Face appointments with Field Sales Team.
• Identify top targets, work to identify key business needs and complete preliminary qualification for potential Business Opportunities.
• Work with the Field Sales Team on specific Opportunities and help coordinate all sales resources needed for each Opportunity.
• Coordinating multiple sales resources across the entire sales process from lead identification through post-sales support
• Adopt a consultative-selling approach, learning enough about a potential customer's Business, Budgets and Timelines.
• Engage with customer and understand short term and long term business needs, send newsletters, email updates and tweets to customer database to maintain expert status.
• Meet and Exceed Monthly and Quarterly Targets as advised by Sales Head.
• Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward Corporate Objectives.

• 6 years plus relevant experience working towards measurable target.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering or MIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work at US timings. (Night Shift)
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
• Highly motivated and self-driven individuals
• Experience with CRM tool and track record of metrics based performance.
