Job Description ● State Head – is a people management role with a team of 400-500 field sales people. ● They are responsible for building and training the team and driving sales and business development for assigned cities. ● Ensure the level of motivation in the team and keep the team engaged for a longer period of time. ● Make sure you're on the ground with the team and leading it from the front for acquisition, retention and other products. ● It requires an MBA with at least 6 to 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of team management role. ● Good team leader with proven track record ● Must be competitive and confident ● Must have passion to achieve daily goals. ● Must be excellent in oral communication – English and relevant regional language. ● Must have flexibility in traveling ● Good communication skills ● Must have computer knowledge – Excel and basic data analysis Key areas of responsibility ● 1 Building Team – Launch City – Recruiting ● Training and operations ● Team goal achievement ● Acquisition quality Eligibility Requirement- ● Graduate/MBA with at least 8-10 years field sales experience ● Candidate From Direct Sales, B2C, Fintech, Device Sales domain will be preferred ● Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional Language ● Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis ● Past experience into Paid Sales ,QR & Soundpod is mandatory.
