Job description
REQUIREMENTS: CNC PROGRAMMERS ONLY
*Read blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specification
*Comprehend product design into computer modelling software
*Use computer software to create the design of parts and tools
*Coordinate with purchasing manager to maintain inventory of raw materials
*Implement routine machine maintenance checklist and focus on preventive maintenance
*Write formulas to program lathe and mills using different computer software
*Complete quality control during the machine's manufacturing stage and on the final product
*Adjust and verify machine settings to desired product specification
*Troubleshoot issues with the machine during the instructional design process
*Be able to program FANUC system, look at drawings, make threads.
