Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at DigiTech Call System Pvt. Ltd. located in Kolkata. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, web-chats, and social media. The Team Lead will also be responsible for backend transaction processing, auditing, and consulting.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service and call center operations
- Knowledge of the telecom, BFSI, e-retail, or DTH industries is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
