Responsibilities:
- Credit Processing:Evaluate credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Analyze financial data to assess creditworthiness and determine credit limits
- Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Coordination:Collaborate with TPAs to facilitate the processing of insurance claims
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues related to claims processing
- Customer Interaction:Communicate with customers regarding credit-related matters, inquiries, and dispute resolution
- Provide assistance and clarification on credit policies and procedures
- Documentation:Maintain organized and up-to-date records of credit applications, approvals, and customer communications
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and data protection regulations
- Credit Reporting:Prepare regular reports on credit-related activities for management review
- Monitor and report on key credit performance indicators
- Dispute Resolution:Investigate and resolve credit-related disputes in collaboration with relevant departments
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulations, and industry best practices
- Stay updated on changes in credit-related regulations and standards
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement within the credit cell
- Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
