Job Purpose
As part of Retail Assets Operations team individual need to provide operational support for the entire gambit of loan products offered and provide adequate support to Business and Front-End teams to ensure customer delight. He/ She needs to ensure all processes are adhered as per the documented process. Roles & Responsibilities Maintain high disbursal productivity of more than 90%. Proper understanding of loan documentation for secured and unsecured retail products Focus on quality check and ensure minimum error rate in disbursals. Undertaking the activity in prescribed manner basis the activity type (Accounting, MIS preparation) No delay and errors observed in activity performed and No followups requires Publishing all MIS within expected timeframe. Ensuring defined guidelines are adhered during executing critical activities Actively develop best industry practices and innovate. Ensure Individual productivity and TAT breach % in Pre-sanction and post-disbursement DVU is least. No Audit observations and Process lapse in activity performed. Working knowledge of excel and Power point is reqd Educational Qualifications Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management. Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM. Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience.Job tags
