About Profile:-
We are searching for offline sales and service expert. In this role, you will be required to set up and manage meetings with offline clients and generate revenue through Cold calls, Communicating with existing customers, answering phone calls, messaging and emailing potential customers. You will also work with our digital marketing team to create pamphlet for offline market that maximize offline presence and conversions. To ensure success as a Offline Sales specialist, you should be experienced in lead generation and closing sales with businesses such as: Gifting partners, wedding planners, corporate gifting, malls, hotel chains etc.
**As this is a startup, the key indicator we look for is flexibility and open to learning new skills.**

- As a business development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue and help the business grow..
- Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract partners
- Ownership of complete Area and look after business development in the assigned area/region.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Expanding and Building: On boarding new partners.
- Communication skills should be good in English and local languages
- Inclusion of technology: explore and achieve technological upgradation of processes
- Data visibility: Should be able to design complete data mapping for the processes, Data inputs and formats, MIS reports
- SOPs: Should focus on developing SOPs for all the processes before being implemented and design a method for periodic audit and action plan
- Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
