Job Description-

1. Strategic Financial Planning · Develop and execute the group-wide financial planning process, including the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. · Collaborate with business unit leaders and finance teams to gather relevant data, assumptions, and insights for the planning process. · Ensure the integration of financial plans with the overall corporate strategy. · Develop and implement financial models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and investment opportunities.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting · Provide insightful financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling. · Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.

3. Business Partnering · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and senior management to understand business operations and support strategic decision-making. · Act as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
