Roles And ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities - Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their needs via phone, email, or in person.
- Sales: Actively promote and sell our products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring clear and concise information is provided.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Rotational Shifts: Be flexible to work in day and night shifts as per the schedule.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements - Fluent in English and Punjabi.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service or sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Adaptability to work in a rotational shift environment.
