Job description

  1. Lead Complete Sales operations with Top line accountability.
  2. Maximize monthly annual sales targets.
  3. Develop Long term Short term Sales plans in line with organization objectives. (Strategy)
  4. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  5. Drive sales efforts to optimize revenue and build strong position in the market.
  6. Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  7. Plan, Organize and implement innovative sales programs strategies to improve product awareness in the market.
  8. Independent responsibility of assigned Territory Customers for Sales and Development and achieving set Targets.
  9. Opportunity Management. : Ensure healthy opportunity pipeline Management, Track opportunities and Wins on Monthly Basis
  10. Manage receivables.
  11. Lead sales team to achieve individual group targets.
  12. Build and maintain long term client relationship.
  13. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  14. Pull Marketing & BD: Co-ordinate with Regional Marketing, INA Lab & BD Manager to develop high value projects with Brands
