We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential students who have expressed an interest in pursuing international education, over the phone, present our institute's offerings, and convert leads into enrolments or appointments. BDE will explain the services offered by the company, provide advice and help to schedule appointments with the counselling team.
LOCATION - Nagercoil (near WCC college)
WORK MODE - On site
WORKING DAYS - 6 days (mon - sat)
SALARY - 7k - 9k + incentives
ROLE DESCRIPTION: 1) Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents from provided leads or databases.
2) Introduce the education institute's programs, courses, and benefits to potential students and address their queries.
3) Provide accurate information about course details, admission procedures, fees, and any other relevant information.
4) Schedule appointments for prospective students to visit the institute or attend counseling sessions.
5) Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the institute's market reach and student enrolment
6) Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and agencies.
7) Create and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to make outbound calls to perspective students with ease
• Good listening skills and ability to persuade and close deals
• Good customer service skills and ability to maintain a friendly and appropriate demeanor
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS office
• Experience in telemarketing and customer service will be an advantage
• Bachelors degeree in any discipline
