Job description
Front Desk Receptionist:
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Handle reservations and room assignments.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain accurate records and handle financial transactions.
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the lobby area.
Housekeeper:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas.
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Waitstaff/Server:
Take customer orders, deliver food, and provide exceptional service in the hotel's restaurant or dining area.
Explain menu items, provide recommendations, and answer customer questions.
Set and clear tables, ensure a clean and well-organized dining environment.
Handle payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Kitchen Staff/Cook:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to menu specifications and recipes.

Assist guests with their luggage, transport it to and from rooms.

Maintenance Technician:
Perform maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the hotel's facilities and equipment.
Address guest requests for room repairs promptly and efficiently.
Regularly inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Keep records of maintenance work and report any major issues to the management.
