Job description
Position: Senior Manager/Manager - Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR)

Salary: INR 50,000 to 70,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute social responsibility events and programs.
2. Ensure all events are well-organized and meet their objectives.
3. Collect and maintain data related to social responsibility initiatives.
4. Analyze data to assess the impact of programs and make data-driven recommendations.
5. Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and outcomes of social responsibility projects.
6. Present reports to the management and stakeholders as required.
7. Create engaging content and drive online marketing awareness of the foundation's activities.
8. Recruit and manage a team of student volunteers for various projects.
9. Provide guidance and support to volunteers and employees and assist their personal and
professional development.
10. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of social responsibility projects.
11. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
12. Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including schools,
colleges, government agencies, and partner organizations.
13. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the impact of social responsibility initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Experience of 5 years or more
2. Proven experience in event and project planning and management, especially social welfare programs.
3. Strong data management and analysis skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in social media management.
6. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of volunteers and stakeholders.
7. Commitment to social welfare and community development.
