Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter with Smart TechLink Solutions Inc. in Coimbatore. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing IT professionals in positions that are currently unassigned, or 'on the bench', within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential candidates, vetting their skills, and marketing their profiles to clients. You will also need to manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, and track market trends and client demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in Bench Sales recruitment in the IT industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking software (ATS)
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
• Excellent knowledge of IT industry trends, market demands, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques
• NIGHT SHIFTS (US TIMINGS)
