**Sales Executive - HORECA Segment**

**Location:** Bangalore, India

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) segment in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the hospitality and foodservice industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Business Development:**

  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.

  - Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking.

  - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**

  - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  - Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns.

3. **Sales Presentations and Negotiations:**

  - Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services.

  - Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.

  - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client contracts.

4. **Market Intelligence:**

  - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  - Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics.

5. **Achieving Targets:**

  - Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the organization.

  - Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field which should be between 2-5 years.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA segment.

- Strong understanding of the hospitality and foodservice industry in Bangalore.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
