Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve developing and executing business model strategies, managing security governance, and overseeing business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: • Contributing to the development, execution, and activation of the security business strategy in partnership with Security leaders • Proactively sharing market insights, trends, and competitor activity to ensure Security leaders are informed and knowledgeable on the market and to support proactive V&A target identification. • Oversight of regular market intelligence assets including write-ups on quarterly earnings statements, competitor playbooks, market trends, and other ad-hoc content requests • Day-to-day management of two CI resources in India including providing feedback on CI tracking, analysis, and asset creation • Support in executing Security’s analyst relation strategy including management of briefings & inquiries and contributing content and expertise to presentations and RFIs. • Ad-hoc support of global security presentation and content requests, both internal & external Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong expertise in Business Model Strategy. - Good To Have Skills: Business Operation Management, Security Governance. - Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Security Services projects. - Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Model Strategy. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, management, or a related field. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. Key skills: • Strong analytical and research skills with both qualitative and quantitative data • Ability to distill complex information into output that is meaningful to executive stakeholders • Understanding of Accenture’s business and market • Understanding of Security terminology and market • Ability to prioritize, think strategically, and manage time effectively • Understand how to collaborate across teams and communicate with executive stakeholders • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesBTECH
