Responsibilities:

Teaching: Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate students pursuing BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications).
Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and incorporates relevant developments in business and computer applications.
Research: Engage in scholarly activities, including research projects and publications, to contribute to the academic excellence of the institution.
Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional development.
Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate students' comprehension and skills. Provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in business administration and computer applications. Pursue continuous professional development to enhance teaching and research capabilities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives, interdisciplinary projects, and other activities that contribute to the overall growth of the department and institution.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level is desirable.
