Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, monitoring labor and employment law, and managing performance management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of labor and employment law
• Experience in performance management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
