Job Overview
We are seeking a Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position with a focus on supporting the back-end functions of our organization. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the employment type is full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of system administration and office administration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Ensure smooth coordination between various departments and teams
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Support the HR department in recruitment processes
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
