Manages team of Project Manager, Measurement Executives and Site Supervisor who are responsible forinstallation
Planning and Scheduling the installation as per the delivery timeline
Ensuring all the stakeholder communication are done on timely manner
Has full authority for personnel actions
Step up and intervene if any project is deviating from the plan and handle client escalations
Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity and improve the Net Promoter ScoreModular Furniture, Construction Management, Project Management, Installation Management
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree/masters degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing
6-10 years of extensive experience in project management
1-3 years of Team handling experience
Strong communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution process
Overall good at coordination and management skills,escalation handling
Extensive knowledge of modular furniture installation processes
