Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team at InnoWave . As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information and transform it into user-friendly documentation. This documentation will include manuals, guides, and online resources aimed at enhancing user understanding and experience.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information and understand technical concepts.
- Translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation suitable for various audiences.
- Develop user manuals, guides, release notes, and online help documentation.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and adheres to established standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets the needs of end-users.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation processes and standards.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
