Job description
We are seeking a highly proficient Staff Accountant to oversee the accounting activities of our organization. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting records, and managing accounts.
Responsibilities Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes Reconcile intercompany accounts and transactions Research and analyze expense variances for company management Oversee global accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance and set standards for internal control procedures Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Assist in annual budgets and forecasts Analyze financial data and develop report to identify trends and provide insights into company performance Prepare intercompany reconciliations and coordinating with entities to resolve issues and discrepancies Participate in special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of USA GAAP Experience with international accounting and foreign currency transactions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Travel 10% We offer a completive comp package including; Competitive salary Robust benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance options with zero waiting period Generous paid time off – including vacation days and holidays Team building opportunities, global exposure Centrally located office location ….and so much more!
