Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic Ecommerce Web Design & Development company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of best practices and methodologies project management, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. This role will oversee the successful delivery of Ecommerce projects from planning to completion.
Preferred Skills1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language 2. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. 3. Strong working knowledge of project management software tools is a plus. 4. Having a certification in Project Management is a plus. Key Responsibilities 1. After project assignment, formulate comprehensive project plans and related communication documents. 2. Timely and clearly convey project expectations to team members and stakeholders. 3. Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders. 4. Design the project timeline in alignment with deadlines established by the business development team and communicated to the client. 5. Conduct routine meetings with clients through Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements. 6. Comprehend the Scope of Work (SOW) and effectively relay these requirements to the development team. 7. Review and assess updates from the development team, ensuring that the work meets client expectations before sharing updates with the client. 8. Supervise the overall progress of the project and maintain communication through project management tools like BaseCamp, Slack, or Asana
