Job description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain server applications, integrations, and APIs tailored for lending products.Utilize Nodejs, Java, Cotlin and SQL/NoSQL to create high-quality, scalable backend solutions for the lending stack.Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the lending domain, encompassing user interface workflows and industry best practices.Participate actively in the entire lifecycle of development for a minimum of two products, from conceptualization to deployment.Work closely with relational databases such as MySQL, No SQL database like firestore, mongo etc. ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.Ensure the quality and completeness of lending products through rigorous unit, integration, and regression testing.Adhere to established architecture standards, risk management, and security policies.Promote and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to team structure, processes, and tooling.Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering close cooperation across all roles and functions.Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a full team.
