Project Manager (Management Consultant) for Apeejay Stya Group; Apeejay Education

The Apeejay Education Society

, established by the leading Industrial House of Apeejay Stya in the year 1967, has built a rich heritage of nearly four and half decades in the field of quality education through a family of 29 institutions, i.e. 13 schools and 16 institutions of higher learning, in various states of the country, along with the Apeejay Stya University – India’s first Liberal Arts University focused on Technology & Research. Summary of the Job:

This incumbent is required to work closely with Board members to identify business challenges, analyze processes, and develop strategic solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will recommend ideas, advice, and guidance in areas such as organizational structure, operational processes, technology implementation, and change management and will work in consultation with Board members.

Job Responsibilities:

Board Members’ office:

Collaborate with board members to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Work closely with the Chairman to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Conduct research and analysis on relevant business issues, providing insights to support strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Analysis and Assessment:

Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes, systems, and organizational structures. Analyze data and information to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Strategic Planning:

Develop strategic recommendations based on analysis, industry best practices, and market trends. Assistance in creating and implementing effective business strategies.

Change Management:

Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide support in managing resistance and ensuring successful organizational transitions.

Project Management:

Lead or contribute to projects aimed at achieving organization objectives. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Communication:

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively with external/internal stakeholders, both in written reports and presentations. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings as needed.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvements in consultation with Board members.

Job Knowledge (Prerequisite):

Proven experience in management consulting or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Project management expertise. Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices. Technical proficiency and Advanced MS skills

Competencies:

Education Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Minimum 5 to 10 years of proven experience in management consulting or a similar role
