The potential candidate should have excellent in pure sales hunting experience and fully confident with client-facing environment. The candidate will be based in India and able to work in Bengaluru. Ideal candidate is expected to perform the following technical responsibilities:
- Sales Hunting to acquire new business or new logo.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value tech accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction to fulfil strategic objectives and targets.
- Establish long-term relationships by understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine account strategies based on market trends and client feedbacks.
Role requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing high-value accounts in IT/Techology business domains.
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, business or marketing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering seamless collaboration and information exchange between internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills in client-facing environment.
- Ability to work independently to navigate and overcome business hardships and as part of a team.
- Experience writing with global hi-tech clients is preferred.
- Experience working in global SI at similar role is highly preferred
- Experience in account farming and supporting hi-tech verticals.
