Job Summary: We are in search of an accomplished Maintenance Manager with a robust background in Electrical Engineering to oversee maintenance operations at our cutting-edge Cold Chain Warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, implementing proactive maintenance programs, and ensuring the optimal functioning of electrical and mechanical systems, specifically focusing on chiller and refrigeration facilities. Key Responsibilities: Chiller and Refrigeration Maintenance: Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for chiller and refrigeration units. Oversee troubleshooting activities and promptly address any malfunctions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance. Electrical Systems: Ensure the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including control panels, wiring, and power distribution related to chiller and refrigeration facilities. Uphold compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and service histories, with a specific focus on chiller and refrigeration systems. Generate detailed reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and resource utilization. Compressor, Chiller, Refrigeration Technology: Stay abreast of advancements in chiller and refrigeration technology, recommending and implementing upgrades for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team, with a specialized focus on chiller and refrigeration systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management, with a specialization in chiller and refrigeration systems, preferably in a cold chain or warehouse environment. Profound understanding of chiller and refrigeration technology, HVAC systems, and electrical components. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes specific to chiller and refrigeration systems.Job tags
