Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager - Corporate Finance
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Pune
Core Responsibilities:
· Assist in building the supply side of capital by cultivating and growing new relationships with multiple stakeholders.
· Develop and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and other stakeholders.
· Preparation and submission of information requests from existing and potential lenders.
· Attend queries/clarifications from banks/financial institutions on time.
· Preparation of Corporate Deck/ Information Memorandum
· Responsible for compliance with lenders requirements.
· Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders like legal & Accounts for smooth and timely execution of deals.
· Assist in financial planning and building operations of the company.
· Maintain reporting and coordinate information with management.
· To ensure quarterly reconciliation with lending partners.
· To prepare budget and projections for the group and perform variance analysis.
· Management of treasury.
Preference and Experience:
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize information.
· Strong proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
· Zeal to Work & hunger for learning
· Candidates who have worked in NBFC Corporate Finance division would be preferred.
Academic qualifications
● Chartered Accountant / CFA/ MBA (Finance)
