- Candidate must have deep experience with technologies like Application Packaging, RDS, VMWare, SCCM, Intune Co-Management, Airwatch, Windows OS Imaging and devices
- Manager is accountable for a team of highly specialized consultants who serve as deep technical advisors driving a successful delivery support
- In addition, he/ she will collaborate with other Technical/ Functional Managers across Enterprise Systems to ensure consistency of readiness and delivery
- Manage operations delivery execution through team preparedness, precision delivery, overall utilization high business satisfaction in a cost-efficient manner
- Contribute in designing secure and resilient technology architectures/ roadmap that meet all the current and anticipated future IT requirements of the organization
Role Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for providing technical support to our end users and providing technical help to our internal teams eg, Service Desk and Application Packaging
- This position will be responsible for managing SCCM infrastructure
- Should be able to perform SCCM upgrades, patching, SCCM administration activities
- It is expected that you will be able help install, Update and Troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Person should be able to address user s tickets and walk them through Installing application and computer peripherals, provide workaround until you resolve an issue
- This position will be responsible for training the team SCCM deployments, process improvements
- Requirement gathering from stake holders
- It is expected to support manage Microsoft desktop Operating Systems like Windows 7 and Windows 10 and management tools like Beyond Trust, Bit-locker, Active Directory, VMware Horizon and System Center configuration manager
- Individual will need to be self-managing, results-oriented and enjoy working individual projects, team projects, and cross-organization projects while in a collaborative environment
Must - have technical skills and experience
- SCCM boundaries, DP/BDP. Should be able to perform SCCM upgrades, patching, SCCM administration activities.
- Server administration/DNS/DHCP
- Active Directory
- VMware Horizon knowledge
- PowerShell Scripting - Advance scripting knowledge to eliminate waste by automation
- Group policies management
- Packaging experience
- Increase quality of support and reduced repeat support tickets from Service Desk
- The candidate should have strong customer service skills articulating policies and procedures confidently, attention to detail, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under tight timelines and willingness to challenge/question with courage.
- Efficiently and effectively support administration of tools like VMware Horizon, VRA, SCCM, Systrack, and Beyond Trust
- Provide support for existing and new operating systems (Windows 10, 11)
- Ensure appropriate documentation is in place and updated with latest version.
- Work to show you can work independently on Endpoint related projects
